Our Team

Stéphanie A. Caissie

Chair

I'm involved with the Kent Wellness Network because I want to help people in our region improve their well-being and reach their full potential. In short, to increase their ability to enjoy life to the fullest!

Lucie Chiasson

Co-Chair

As someone who is very passionate about nutrition, getting involved with the Kent Wellness Network is a great way to reach more people so they can improve their well-being and create healthier, more resilient communities together.

Lynn Landry Caissie

Treasurer

Other than being recruited by the network, I agreed to take part because, as a chartered accountant, I enjoy using my skills to help organizations like the Kent Wellness Network achieve their goals and fulfill their mission.

Marie-Eve Brideau

Secretary

Passionate about the health of individuals and communities, I chose to join the dynamic team at the Kent Wellness Network to contribute to efforts to promote and improve wellness in the region's communities.

Aaron Shantz

Board member

I'm part of the Wellness Network, because I have a passion for at-risk youth in our county. I want to encourage them to discover themselves and see the possibilities that exist outside their current reality!

I’m involved with the Wellness Network because overall well-being is important to me! In my opinion, when we are doing well physically, mentally, and spiritually, we live life to the fullest — and that’s why I decided to join this wonderful team and share my knowledge with everyone.

Julie Vautour

Being part of the Kent Wellness Network is important to me because I believe in the power of community to create positive change. I enjoy being involved in initiatives that promote health, connection, and resilience in our region. This committee gives me the opportunity to collaborate with others who share the same vision!
