PUBLIC NOTICE
(Under section 111 of the Community Planning Act)
The Municipal Council of Beaurivage intends to adopt a zoning By-law for the entire area of the municipality in order to fulfill the objectives of the Municipal Development Plan.
Interested individuals can consult the proposed By-law at the office of the General Manager at the Beaurivage Town Hall, 9235 Main Street, Richibucto, N.B., during regular business days.
The objections to the proposed By-law presented in writing will be examined during a public hearing to be held at the Beaurivage Council Chambers on September 23rd at 6:00 PM. Anyone wishing to defend these objections or oppose them may do so at this time and place.
