PUBLIC NOTICE
(Under the authority vested in Article 112 of the Community Planning Act)
1. The Municipal Council of the Town of Beaurivage adopted a by-Law entitled « By-Law to Adopt the Municipal Development Plan of the Town of Beaurivage ». The By-Law number 25-02 was approved by the Department of Local Government and Governance Reform on December 12th 2025 and registered at the Provincial Land Registration Office on February 25th, 2026, under document number 46975794.
2. The Municipal Council of the Town of Beaurivage adopted a by-Law entitled « By-Law to adopt the Town of Beaurivage Zoning By-Law ». The By-Law number 25-03 was approved by Council on October 21st, 2025 and registered at the Provincial Land Registration Office on February 25th, 2026, under document number 46975935.
